Our client has over 30 years experience of manufacturing bespoke passenger and commercial vehicles for a variety of industries and services. Tailoring a range of vehicles to unique requirements from bases in Clay Cross and Andover, they are currently seeking a Production Administrator at their Clay Cross site. About the Administrator role: Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be providing operational support for the production teams in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring all relevant systems are up to date and complete in order to meet legislative requirements. Duties will include: Manage the journey of all vehicles from delivery into the facility through to onward delivery to the customer. Produce and manage all relevant paperwork required for customers / dealers Working closely with other departments to communicate on vehicle progress, delays and general enquiries Provide weekly reports for customers and internal departments Obtain weekly updates on all base vehicles Oversee the drivers and movements Arrange and book and vehicle test etc. General administration as required to assist the Production team About you: This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires someone that is confident and always has a can-do attitude whilst maintaining a customer focused outlook. Other skills required: Effective communication skills, oral and written, with a keen eye for detail Highly organised, with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise workload Quick to learn with an excellent work ethic and enthusiasm for the role Computer literate (including Microsoft Office) If you hold a full driving licence, then even better.
