Overview of the role

Youll get to know our customers and what theyre looking for, helping them with everything from orders theyve placed on Boots.com, Booking one of our Health care services, to sending them a brand new Boots Advantage Card. Guiding them through our services as well as offering technical support. vTogether these elements will play a big part in making us No 1 for Customer Care.
Primarily, as a Customer Advisor youll give our customers a really great experience, youll be their first port of call when they need help. Answering their questions, reassuring and guiding them in the right direction after all its the little things that make a real difference.
Secondly, youll work closely with colleagues in our stores, who need advice on how they help their customers even more. As the first port of call, youll really support stores and their customer needs.
Finally, your love for fantastic and really personable customer service will keep our customers coming back whether theyre visiting our Pharmacies or ordering a product online. Our customers feedback will help our services improve even more, and youll be a part of making that happen

Problem solve, manage queries and offer solutions considering how would I want to be treated? and what else can I do?
Inspire your Customer Support Centre team with your amazing customer service and client care
Support and help in store colleagues, as the first point of call for any queries they have
Continuously challenge your approach to great customer service and how you can improve your style even more
How will you do it?
Make our customers feel really good - its more than just answering their questions, its about being really personable. Its the little things that make a real impact
Build great relationships with the Customer Support Centre team, helping each other with customer queries and orders
Understand the services we offer, the more info we can give our customers the better so get to know things that we have and new schemes on the horizon
Know our customers, find more about them, what they like and what they dont it can make such a difference to the way we do things. By passing on Customer feedback youll be part of making fantastic changes to our business

It is ideal that you have experience using computers and IT systems, along with really great communication and customer service skills. Whilst the experience is great, it isnt all about this. Were interested in seeing more from you and what you could do to make our Boots customers feel good.
