We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join the Major Incident Management Team.
The team are responsible for ensuring that the level of service delivered across the business is of the required quality, value for
money but also meets the changing needs of our business.
As a member of the team, you will be working collaboratively with key IT & Business stakeholders across Walgreens Boots Alliance, in a challenging but yet rewarding environment.
Chairing incident meetings to determine the problem statement, business impact & investigative approach with wide range of resolver teams across Walgreens Boots Alliance
Communicating with stakeholders through the means of formal incident communication throughout the incident lifecycle
Assesses the business situation and exercises authority with regards to service recovery decisions where appropriate
Has authority to initiate escalations where additional support maybe required
Maintaining & documenting a full incident timeline

Previous experience of Major Incident Management
