Italian speaking Customer Service Representative, located in the centre of Nottingham, our client, a leading international organisation, has an immediate vacancy for a native Italian speaker to join their busy Customer Service team.
As an experienced Italian speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be looking after key / independent accounts and be responsible for building first class relationships with your customers.
In your role as an Italian speaking Customer Service Representative your duties will involve:
Dealing with deliveries
Following up claims and returns.
Liaising with warehousing and distribution to ensure orders go out on time
Liaising with credit teams
This is a busy and demanding role and would ideally suit a proactive, confident, outgoing individual who works well within a team environment, who can build and develop relationships with customers and internal departments. You must be commercially aware, be able to deal with conflict, issues and complaints and work within an ever-changing environment.
Previous customer service experience essential, ideally gained within a fast-moving commercial office environment. You must be able to speak Italian to a native level.
