Telesales Account Manager


External Reference JN-102019-100401 Telesales Account Managers Needed: Our Opening and Your Responsibilities.......................... The Telesales Account Manager will contact potential customers and present our company products or services over the phone in order to maximise sales. The aim is to achieve sales growth with existing and new customers. Key Responsibilities: Contribute in generating sales for business and responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and electronic media Effectively manage pipeline activity to contact prospective client to achieve opportunity to quote conversion set by business Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences Effectively handling objections and dealing with e-lead escalations and customer complaints Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) Generate and process quotes in an accurate manner. What you need to succeed: Motivated, Proactive & Enthusiastic Significant experiences gained in sales orientated environment Experience working with KPI's and meeting targets Significant experience gained in telephony environment Customer centric and selling to customer needs Excellent communication and listening skills Data entry and analysis skills Good knowledge of relevant IT skills and awareness of telephone system Experience using CRM/SAP systems desirable Ability to learn about product/services Our Offer to You Competitive salary Life assurance 25 days holiday increasing with length of service BUPA Healthcare Family friendly benefits Sports and social club We are a leading global supplier of precision instruments and services.
