To provide support to the Hospitals and Prisons operations team Key Responsibilities Assist in the production of accurate monthly invoices for hospitals and identify improvements and respond to queries Communicate price/ product discrepancies Collate postage and packing charges Produce accurate monthly invoices for our locally managed services Produce accurate monthly invoices for our prisons and community hospital Produce and maintain monthly records of all rebate claims from relevant suppliers and send on for payment Support with raising POs for wider team & finance where necessary. Central point of contact for queries relating to hospitals and escalate as appropriate. Support the stock take team with any missing prices for products to create a comprehensive list of products Send updated CMU lists to our pharmacies for reference monthly Provide usage information to suppliers as appropriate Support KPIs and information gathering and general data provision on demand. Support and provide cover to the Data Management Team on ad-hoc demand queries A bit about you: Ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders both internally and externally Planning and project management skills Concern for order and quality, with attention to detail Ability to hold others to account and get buy in Self motivated and flexible Resilient and able to operate effectively with a high volume workload and tight timescales.
