Pharmacy Continuous Improvement Analyst

To lead and manage the processes associated with delivering improved efficient, consistent, safe and legally compliant Pharmacy Operations for colleagues, customers and patients.
Support the development of a continual improvement mindset, constantly and collaboratively seeking improvement opportunities in a pharmacy operations
Work closely with stores to ensure continual improvement is being considered, seeking to understand challenges and supporting them in addressing the challenges appropriately
Collaborate with the Services and Business as Usual Team, field teams, items, DHP and Columbus (and other parties as appropriate) to support stores and field teams to:
- Improve their day to day business in the most cost-effective way
- Ensure processes are landed right first time
- Deliver and consult on changes to operational activity that doesnt negatively impact Pharmacy operational efficiency by representing the front line operational teams
Support the delivery of pharmacy operational projects by using knowledge and experience both operationally, continual management and project methodologies.
Adopt the project management principles when leading projects including business case set up and analysis of KPI deliverables
Ensure that changes to processes are mapped, maintained and reflected in ACI (as appropriate)
Be the key link for the team for communication channels and own your projects communication plan. Ensure a connection and collaboration between projects and other functional groups.
A bit about you:
Recent stores management experience .
They will have great engagement , leadership and communication skills
An understanding of the Pharmacy business within stores and associated operational processes
Self confidence , and the ability to impact and influence key stakeholders across relevant parts of the business including stores
Planning skills, and an ability to work to demanding schedules
A command of Continual Improvement, Change and Project management processes
