Brand Manager Brand Partnerships
Part- time (2-3 days)
You will be a crucial part of the Brand partnership team, who are responsible for ensuring we maintain strong relationships with our brands partners whilst delivering growth for both the brands and the retail partners.
You will be great at building excellent relationships with our internal commercial teams to ensure brands are prioritized in their plans. You will need to inspire and support our internal teams to deliver brilliantly for our brands, whilst ensuring the brands deliver against key deadlines and their KPISs. You will be responsible for leading the brand and innovation agenda for this area and proactively identifying gaps and new opportunities for brand expansion and new concept development (via new trends, brand and category analysis). You will be accountable for end to end product development and marketing management, delivered on time within budget (from design conception to delivery in store) and will partner with key functions in the business (Supply, sourcing, project management, brand, local marketing, finance and commercial).
You will be responsible for leading our brand partnership relationship, creating and setting the short and long term direction of the brand as part of our Global Category Strategy (CDS). Current brand partners are Ted Baker, Champneys, Joules, Mymood, Mark Hill, FCUK with new ones on the horizon.
Working with our retail partners to deliver commercial growth for both the brands and the retailers, achieving joint financial targets in line with our Global Brands mission.
Ensure all brands have a strong consumer driven strategy and people are inspired to deliver these.
Together with a cross functional team you will prioritise our product development plans.
You will partner with the local markets to ensure projects are being effectively executed locally. You'll act as a champion of building excellent cross functional relationships.
You will ensure the commercial success of the brand. Implementing analysis and measures against key projects and objectives to ensure that we deliver against our category growth drivers
