RESOURCING MANAGER HR

Contract: Full Time / Permanent
In this role you will be responsible for leading a newly established team of 7, that will centrally manage volume and non-volume resourcing perm/FTC requirements for Dixons Carphone Supply Chain nationwide, totalling more than 1000 hires per year. With a focus on building strong and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, you will play a key role in influencing and responding to a changing workforce planning climate as well as guiding the team to ensure delivery levels are meet and identifying new recruitment initiatives to support maximum brand potential.
To be successful, you will have:
Solid experience of working within a resourcing function in a complex environment
Track record of partnering with business and HR as a Resourcing expert & consultant
Expert knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies that underpin the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in volume recruitment (supply chain logistics, warehousing, distribution, repairs & servicing) as well as a broad range of specialist and non-volume positions.
Demonstrable experience in developing high impact recruitment campaigns, ideally gained in a high-volume environment
Broad exposure to selection & assessment tools and techniques
Excellent knowledge and experience of recruitment systems and technologies in support of operational delivery and be able to demonstrate positive tangible outcomes including reporting
Excellent communication skills with a focus on negotiating and influencing at senior level
Passion for increasing own and teams knowledge of resourcing best practice and innovation through encouraging attendance at industry events, keeping up with technology trends and sharing insights and market research
Commercial awareness, analytical, judgment and decision making skills, coupled with good problem solving skills and ability to filter and prioritise information
Strong team leadership skills with experience of managing a team of professionals and track record of coaching, mentoring and developing recruiters
