1st Line Support Engineer
Here we have a great opportunity for a Entry-Level or Graduate IT Support Engineer to join our clients current service desk team as a 1st Line Support Engineer. Our client is a rapidly growing IT organisation with a strong business presence in Corporate, Manufacturing and Education Sectors and has swelled to a headcount of 600 in just 8 years of operation.
As a 1st Line Support Engineer you will be providing telephone and web-based support to their prestigious client base supporting Server, Storage, Cloud and Virtualisation Technologies. As the 1st Line Support Engineer you will be providing support on a ticketing based system with roles being escalated as required as well managing and logging faults and creating reports.
To be considered applicants will require the following experience:
Strong academic background to A-Level or Degree-Level within an IT or Computing based subject
Knowledge on Exchange server, Active Directory and Windows Software Suite
Experience and/or knowledge of Server, Storage and Cloud Technologies
To be customer service orientated with a great telephone manner
