As Global VM & Shopper Marketing Manager in the Healthy Skin team, you will lead the global creation of all Shopper Marketing assets & VM activity, furniture & fixtures recommendations, and support the brands global activity in line with the BVI & CDS. This role spans Botanics, YourGoodSkin and Tea Tree & Witch Hazel. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the brands in their next phase of growth through best in class visual merchandising and shopper marketing. You will work with numerous markets in this global role with key stakeholders including the cycle planning team, local activation teams and Brand Managers.

Develop & create global master assets (shopper & VM) driving consistency across all markets.
Develop complete VM & SM global toolkits OTIF, in line with cycle planning timings
Build relationships with all global markets and understand all necessary market requirements
Produce global shopper / VM creative guidelines and provide direction for implementation within market
Produce global VM recommendations and set principles by brand
Support all Global furniture design & development
Control global VM & Shopper budgets in line with the Global Brands asset creation budget hold agencies to account, build relationships and manage cost.

A bit about you
Expert in global creative asset development, driving consistent L&F across all markets. Competent in both 2D & 3D creative development demonstrating your understanding & knowledge of BBW tools, design development, materials, artworking and understanding of print &/or production.
Deliver global toolkits (VM & Shopper) to all local markets OTIF with clear guidance & direction on how they should be activated.
Provide clear VM guidelines and principles to local markets allowing RFT activation.
A passion for skin care is a must
Strong commercial acumen balanced with a great shopper led approach
Demonstrate an ability to understand and champion what the brand stands for and what it can best offer consumers in both the short and longer term to maximize its value to the business
Guardianship of the global BVI for in-store environment.
Develop strong relationships with all markets and demonstrate a thorough understanding of all local market requirements. Role model exemplar leadership behaviours and share proven best practice ways of working across teams (global and local).
Outstanding management of our creative agency partners, never walking past less than the best, holding them to account and setting the standard for expert agency management
