Goods In/ Dispatch Operative
Sound experience is required for this role, as well as a full, clean driving license.
Duties would include
Experience of working in a factory environment, communicating with production, purchasing and sales departments
Experience of generating necessary documentation for goods inwards receipts and dispatch
Knowledge and experience of demonstrable and effective IT and communication skills
FLT licence and experience in factory environment
Experience of working to company Health & Safety Procedures, ensuring the safety of all employees working within the area.
Experience to manage the assistant dispatch operative with good interpersonal skills and performance management
Willing to work flexible hours (6am on some days to ensure off loading shipping containers working till 5:30pm on some occasions to cover late dispatch)
Normal hours of work: Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:00, Fridays 08:30 - 16:00 (Flexibility required to cover early mornings 06:00 approx. 2-3 times a week and/or late finish to 17:30 as required to cover late dispatch)
This is a temporary role with the opportunity of being made permanent for the right candidate.
